The final stage of this project focuses on taking my completed written UX trend report and transforming it into a visually engaging format that can be effectively presented. This includes exploring options such as a website, PDF, or any medium that best showcases the research and findings. By designing the report with clarity, hierarchy, and visual appeal in mind, I can ensure that my insights are communicated professionally and accessibly, providing a polished and compelling representation of my work.
For this stage of designing my UX trend report, I began by exploring different sources of inspiration to guide my design choices. I looked into Pinterest and discovered a variety of report styles, layouts, and visual approaches. After reviewing several options, I decided to focus on project plan templates, as I felt their simplicity and clarity would best support the presentation of my content. This approach allows the information to remain accessible, well-structured, and visually appealing, helping to communicate my findings on AI integration in UX effectively.

This design choice is effective because it prioritises readability and structure, ensuring that key insights and trends are easy for the audience to understand. The clean layout also supports a professional aesthetic while keeping the focus on the research and findings rather than overly complex visuals.
The next stage of my trend report design focuses on selecting an effective typography to use throughout. I wanted a typeface that was clean, readable, and versatile, and I decided to go with Poppins, a font I had used in previous reports. Its range of weights, from light to heavy, allowed me to create hierarchy and emphasis where needed, while maintaining a minimal and modern aesthetic. I feel this choice supports both clarity and professionalism, ensuring my written content is easy to read and visually cohesive with the overall design.
