this week myself and abi worked on our panel preparation for this week as our mentors are coming in to review our progress for our project so far. We decided to break it down into four areas to review and focus on so that we understand what we are talking about as well as preparing any questions we had or wanted answered for our project.
we began by using the template Paul gave us and started breaking it down by filling it out in correlation to our project.
to further move on from our development, we began to put together a service blueprint in relation to the aims of our project and what it contains. From our class work last week we used our post it exercise to help us fill in our spreadsheet so far, where we now just need to look at what our frontstage and backstage is for our service.
