Once we had established our prison service brand and defined what we aim to provide for our users, the next stage was to develop and finalise our service blueprint. This helped us map out the full structure of our service, including how it operates across different touchpoints and processes. It also provides a clear overview of how the service functions, making it easier to communicate and review from an external perspective, particularly for stakeholders such as prison services.
