This week, we explored storytelling within design and how it can be applied to our projects to create more engaging experiences. We focused on visually mapping our ideas while considering audience engagement, thinking about what captures attention, what causes disengagement, and how storytelling can keep people emotionally connected throughout the experience.

What makes a good story?

Freytag’s Pyramid is a classic dramatic structure used to shape stories through stages such as exposition, rising action, climax, and resolution. It can be applied to films, books, and design to create engaging experiences that guide audiences through a clear and meaningful journey.
