This week, Paul led us through a brainstorming session focused on generating ideas for our ongoing project. A key emphasis of the session was the importance of resisting the urge to jump straight to solutions. Instead, we took the time to thoroughly explore the problem using a structured design process. We discussed the significance of ideation and systems thinking, as well as the consideration of broader structural changes that could impact the effectiveness of a service or solution. This approach encouraged us to think critically and creatively before refining our final concepts.
