This semester, we explored UX and Service Design, focusing on how users experience products and services from first interaction to long-term use. Through research, design, and testing, we examined usability, accessibility, and end-to-end journeys across multiple touchpoints. The module strengthened my ability to design coherent, user-centred experiences that balance real user needs with organisational goals.
